Also serve as a financial resource for various departments (i.e. purchasing, operations) in order to achieve company initiatives.Responsible for understanding and analyzing financial/business performance and influencing business partners on the correct course of action. Also responsible for planning and projecting financial results to allow for strong organizational decision making.Must have a strong understanding of finance and accounting principles coupled with strong excel skills and a knack in interpersonal relationship building.Development skills: Provide functional leadership, demonstrate business acumen, and development of relationships across the org.
