Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Are you looking for a career dedicated to helping others, while learning new things and working with an industry leader? As a Customer Service Representative with the O'Malley Agency, you would be responsible for the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people would make you a great fit! You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
Assist customers with binding insurance coverage
Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
Previous customer service experience preferred.
