Minimum Requirements

• Graduate degree in Physical Therapy (Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral) from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Massachusetts Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
• Minimum 1 year of home health physical therapy experience required.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Ability to travel to patient homes as assigned across the service region.
• Experience with electronic clinical documentation systems and interdisciplinary communication preferred.
• Weekend rotation approximately once every 6 weeks, preferred candidates able to accommodate.

• Required: Massachusetts Physical Therapist license.
• Patient population: All ages, from pediatric to geriatric, treated in patients‘ place of residence.
• Weekend rotations: once every 6 weeks.
• Travel: Clinician must travel to assigned cases within the region; floating between service areas may be required.
