Kitchen & Bath In-Home Sales Consultant — Essex County, NJ

8% straight commission, uncapped. 5–7 pre-set exclusive appointments a week. Our designers draw it, our crews install it — you sell.

You know the problem. The "confirmed" appointment that's a renter with a $6,000 budget. The Sunday night in 2020 Design on a rendering you shouldn't have touched. The install that took your referral with it. None of that is a selling problem — it's an operations problem, and it's been charged to you.

Kitchen Tune-Up of Northern New Jersey is hiring one experienced in-home sales consultant for Essex County: cabinet refacing and redooring, full custom kitchens, full bath remodels, tub-to-shower conversions, and aging-in-place upgrades.

HOW YOU GET PAID

8% on every project you close and install. Uncapped, no tiers, no haircut on financed work.

There is no base and no draw. We're saying it plainly instead of burying it in an offer letter, because it should change who applies. What we carry is the risk you can't control: 5–7 pre-screened appointments a week, exclusive to you, year-round. No buying leads, no canvassing, no building your own calendar. Volume is our obligation; converting it is yours. And no chargebacks for install problems you didn't cause.

Kitchens run $25,000–$100,000+, baths $20,000–$50,000+. Top producers write $2M+ a year. We'll open the full commission plan and last year's real lead volume when we meet.

WHAT WE REQUIRE

• In-home kitchen & bath, remodeling, or comparable home improvement sales — required. This is a senior seat; we don't train from zero.
• One-call-close mentality and a track record you can walk us through
• Proven comfort closing $20,000–$100,000+ tickets and presenting financing
• Run 5–7 consultations a week, hold a 30%+ close rate, hand clean specs to our designers
• Reliable transportation, smartphone, basic CRM skills
• Weekdays plus some evening and Saturday appointments
