Lutheran Social Services seeks a compassionate Substance Use Disorder Counselor to provide assessment, treatment planning, and counseling for clients with substance use and co-occurring disorders. In this role, you will facilitate individual and group therapy, coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams, maintain accurate clinical documentation, and support recovery-oriented, client-centered treatment. As part of our mission-driven, faith-based, and inclusive culture, you will help clients build resilience, access community resources, and achieve lasting recovery while advancing health equity and social justice.
