Part-Time Prep/Line Cook | West Haven, CT | 15-20 hrs/week At Honeyplate , we're on a mission to simplify healthy eating for busy individuals & families by providing convenient, chef-prepared meals delivered to your door, promoting longevity and well-being in every bite. - Saturday-7am-3:30pm
- Sunday- 7am - 4pm
- Tuesday availability is a plus
- Prepare, cook and pack hot and cold items to spec and scale
- Accurately follow recipes and prep lists
- Chop, dice, grill, marinate, season, and portion
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in all kitchen areas
- Work collaboratively with a team that values hustle and quality
- 2+ years of kitchen experience as a line cook
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of urgency
- Creative and positive team player
- Food safety certified (or willing to be)
- Passionate about cooking and working in a fast-paced kitchen
- Reliable & on time
