Commercial Project Manager

Commercial Project Manager Cleveland Construction is looking to add a Commercial Project Manager to its Mentor, OH location, to serve as the primary project planner for high profile commercial construction projects across the US. This role requires minimal travel to the job sites to drive productivity and accuracy throughout the project. Why Cleveland Construction? Oversee project costs, manage subcontractor bids, process pay applications, and prevent budget overages. Negotiate and draft contracts with general contractors, architects, engineers, and suppliers. Secure necessary local building licenses and ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and building codes. Act as the primary contact for clients, reporting progress updates and resolving site issues immediately. What You Need 10+ years' experience as a GC Commercial Construction Project Manager Degree in Construction Management, civil engineering, or other related field preferred.
