Client Services Analyst (Remote)

And we’re looking for a Client Services Analyst to start immediately!
Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Accurately onboard clients into the company platform.
- Monitor assigned client accounts and optimize account performance through budget, bid, segmentation, and ROI improvements .
- Prepare and conduct regular client trend and performance reviews.
- Resolve technical, product, and account-related issues in a timely manner.
- Document all client interactions and account activities accurately in HubSpot .
- Recommend product improvements and appropriate solutions based on client needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve client retention and overall account performance.
- Analyze account performance data to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
- Proactively identify potential account risks and recommend solutions before issues arise.
- Support customer retention, revenue growth, and upsell initiatives.
Qualifications:
• Strong analytical skills with experience using Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent customer service and account management skills
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills
• High attention to detail and ability to identify issues proactively
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision after training
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with HubSpot is an advantage
• SQL experience is a plus
Technical Requirements:
• USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature
• Working Webcam
• Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM
• Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection
• Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps

Salary Package :
• Starting at PHP 77,000 – Up to PHP 85,000
