About the Position

Job Title: Occupational Therapist Profession: Therapy/Rehabilitation Specialty: Pediatrics Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours (08:00 - 17:00) Experience: New graduates are welcome to apply License: California Occupational Therapy license required Certifications: Driver's License required, BLS, NBCOT Must-Have: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - Experience with pediatric populations - Ability to visit multiple sites - Strong schedule planning, evaluation, and program implementation skills Description: Registered and licensed occupational therapist position available in a pediatrics-focused role. Therapists will provide services to pediatric school-aged children. Responsibilities will include schedule planning, evaluation, and treatment program design and implementation. Therapists can expect to work approximately 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday. All travel time and mileage will be reimbursed. This position is based in a local office and will involve serving various school sites. Local candidates are encouraged to apply. Preference will be given to candidates available for the entire school year, from August to May. Candidates are expected to demonstrate skills in activities of daily living, sensory integration, and early intervention strategies. Interdisciplinary support will be available. Ability to adapt treatment plans to meet the needs of diverse pediatric diagnoses is essential.
