Senior Funds Paralegal - Global Asset Manager

A highly regarded private investment platform focused on the energy and infrastructure sector is seeking a Senior Paralegal to join its legal and compliance team. Known for its disciplined investment approach and long-term partnerships, the firm manages a diverse portfolio of businesses across essential industries.

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders and play a key role in supporting complex corporate structures and transaction activity.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee entity formation, structuring, and lifecycle management across multiple jurisdictions
• Prepare and file organizational documents (formations, amendments, mergers, dissolutions, and annual filings)
• Maintain corporate records, minute books, and governance documentation
• Support investment transactions, restructurings, and ongoing portfolio management activities
• Coordinate with outside counsel, registered agents, and internal business teams
• Track and manage compliance obligations, filings, and deadlines
• Identify and implement improvements to legal processes and workflows

Qualifications

• 4+ years of paralegal experience , ideally within a law firm, private equity, or investment environment
• Deep experience with entity formation and corporate governance is required
• Familiarity with complex organizational structures and multi-entity portfolios
• Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational abilities
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
• Proficiency with legal systems, entity management platforms, and Microsoft Office
