NOW HIRING – Cellar / Juice Processing Worker

Location: Acampo, CA

Pay: $19-$21/hr
Schedule: Flexible schedule | Various shifts
Harvest: Day, evening, and overnight shifts

Long hours may be required during harvest

We are hiring Cellar / Juice Processing Workers to support grape and juice processing operations at a concentrate facility. Cellar experience is preferred but not required.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist with grape and juice processing and production.
• Support crushing, filtering, chilling, racking, blending, finishing, and storage.
• Perform wine/juice transfers between tanks.
• Operate and assist with chiller and filtration equipment.
• Clean, sanitize, and sterilize tanks, hoses, pumps, and production equipment.
• Connect hoses, clamps, gaskets, and pumps for tank washing and transfers.
• Perform racking and blending using hoses, pumps, and fittings.
• Assist with juice additions and tank maintenance.
• Assist with crush equipment during harvest.
• Collect juice samples and assist with quality tracking.
• Work with laboratory personnel when testing juice and concentrate samples.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas.
• Follow all safety procedures when working around equipment and chemicals.

Qualifications

• Cellar, winery, food production, or related experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to safely work around machinery, chemicals, and production equipment.
• Good communication skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.

Physical Requirements

• Work indoors and outdoors in hot, cold, wet, and humid conditions.
• Work at heights, on catwalks, stairs, and ladders.
• Work around loud equipment, fumes, chemicals, and forklift traffic.
• Stand and walk for extended periods.
• Lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Carry heavy hoses, bags, and equipment up and down catwalks.
• Climb stairs and ladders multiple times throughout the day.

Schedule

Flexible schedule required. During harvest, employees may be scheduled for:

• Day Shift
• Evening Shift
• Overnight Shift

Long hours and overtime may be required based on production needs.
