Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Current OT licensure in the state of WA
• Experience working with school-aged children, including Pre-K, elementary, middle, and high school
• Familiarity with IEPs and the special education process
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Strong organizational and documentation abilities
• Ability to travel to multiple campuses as needed
• Early childhood expertise is highly valued

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students
• Deliver direct and consultative OT services in classroom and one-on-one settings
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to maximize student participation and achievement
• Monitor progress, maintain precise records, and participate in IEP meetings
• Provide training and resources to staff and families on OT interventions
• Support a safe, inclusive, and positive school environment
