AllTek is partnering with a local client in Pittsburgh to find a talented Graduate Architect.

In the Graduate Architect position, you will support all phases of project design and development, working closely with senior team members to produce accurate documentation, detailed drawings, and client presentations. Your involvement will include preparing schematic designs, construction documents, and coordinating multidisciplinary disciplines to ensure seamless project delivery.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's or master’s degree in architecture from a NAAB-accredited program, or equivalent.
- 0–3 years of professional experience, preferably in commercial architecture.
- Proficiency with Autodesk Revit, MicroStation, and other design software.
- Strong understanding of building codes, life safety standards, and zoning regulations.
- Excellent spatial reasoning, visualization, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with sustainable building practices and LEED principles.
- Knowledge of architectural detailing and construction documentation.
- Familiarity with interior design standards and BIM coordination.
- Experience with SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture.
- Up to 3 years of experience in architectural design, particularly in commercial projects.
- Demonstrated commitment to professional licensure and licensure progression.
Other Requirements:
- In-office work only (no remote work).
- Occasional travel to project sites with proper PPE compliance.
- Ability to perform field measurements and site documentation.
- No Visa Sponsorship available.
