Onsite Leasing Consultant 30017

Job Description Greet and tour prospective residents. Promote available units and amenities via online platforms, signage, and outreach. Explain lease terms, application requirements, and pricing. Process and maintain accurate resident files. Work closely with the Property Manager and maintenance team to ensure quality work is completed. Process re-certifications, renewals, and assist with retention efforts. Understand and communicate lease provisions and community policies to new and current residents. Assist applicants with the application process. Create and update waitlist. Complete any daily, weekly, or monthly reports assigned by the Property Manager. Ensure resident satisfaction through effective communication and proactive issue resolution. Conduct move‑in/move‑out inspections with residents. Qualifications Knowledge of Property Management software: Yardi (preferred). Minimum 1 year of sales experience (preferred). Excellent customer service, able to navigate all types of situations. Attention to detail. Understanding and compliance with state landlord‑tenant law, Fair Housing laws, and Cal‑OSHA. Knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook. Works well under pressure and maintains a positive, friendly attitude. Strong interpersonal skills: ability to communicate effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels.
