* Coach and develop servers, bartenders, hosts, and managers.
* Build a culture where hospitality comes before transactions.
* Drive sales through guest engagement and team development.
* Manage labor, food cost, beverage cost, and profitability.
* Execute high-volume sporting events, private parties, and community fundraisers.
* Hire, train, and inspire future leaders.
