Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in fast food and possess the ability to be a dependable restaurant leader. Hughes Family McDonald’s is an expanding franchisee organization, seeking individuals who want to grow and develop with us. If you have experience in hospitality, restaurants, and management, then we want to hear from you!

Must be 18 years old to apply!

Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment. We’re looking for positive team players with a flexible schedule who also like to have fun, with a passion to work in the famously fast paced McDonald’s environment.

Responsibilities

Oversee food preparation, cooking, and sanitation in the kitchen
Ensure high quality food standards
Maintain high volume sales and profitability goals
Manage staff performance through training and coaching

Qualifications

Must have previous McDonald’s experience.
Demonstrated ability to maintain a safe work environment at all times.
Coachability – we want people who can listen and learn, then also coach others.
