Pay Range: $22-25/hr. Immediate opening for full-time Maintenance Technician with minimum 2 years' experience who will be responsible for maintaining 100 unit townhouse complex. Compensation based on experience.

The Maintenance Technician performs all the following, including tasks assigned by management:

• proficiency in electrical, plumbing, and carpentry troubleshooting techniques.

• knowledge of apartment maintenance best practices and procedures.

• familiarity with using an ohmmeter for electrical & HVAC testing.

• experience and certification of residential HVAC systems.

• discipline to self-supervise promoting a positive work culture.

• able to lift heavy objects

• minor or routine maintenance or repair

• rehab turnovers

• appliances

• minor carpentry

• move heavy appliances/equipment

• police property keeping it free of litter.

• deliver exceptional customer service by addressing maintenance requests promptly and effectively.

• maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

• after hour on call - rotating

Required:

• 2 years' experience as Maintenance Technician or similar skill set

• Valid Driver's License

• Pass Criminal Background

• Reliable Transportation

• Scheduled hours are 8am to 5pm., M-F. Some overtime and after hour emergency reporting is required.
