You'll take the lead in daily operations, support your team, and ensure every sandwich is served fast, fresh, and with a smile. Key Responsibilities Take ownership of your shift by overseeing food prep, customer service, and store cleanliness. Lead, train, and motivate team members during your shift. Jump in where needed—taking orders, making sandwiches, or helping drivers deliver excellence. Ensure every customer gets world‑class service . Manage product prep and inventory during your shift. Maintain accurate cash handling procedures. Execute store systems and processes with consistency and integrity. Work closely with the General Manager to keep things running efficiently. You’ll gain exposure to: Staff scheduling and performance reviews Inventory ordering and food cost management Operations planning and store profitability strategies Requirements Must be at least 18 years old. Must be able to lift 50 lbs and stay on your feet for the entire shift. Able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English. Willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays. Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and current insurance.
