Export Operation Specialist

ECMS is seeking a highly organized Operations Specialist to join our operation team in City of Industry, CA. This position requires a multi-tasking individual to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be computer savvy with a keen eye for detail and bilingual in Chinese and English. Ensure that all contract documents are complete and conform to required standards and export regulations Receive, review, and process export documentation such as B/L and AWB Data entry and maintain shipment info in a timely and accurate Tracking/tracing of shipments Coordinate any necessary transportation to make sure that delivery has been completed Ensure cargo pick-up and delivery on schedule Ensure that all documents are in proper order scan, fax, and file documents Handle pick-up instructions and sends arrival notices Analyze airline capacity and performance Provide excellent customer service to customers Bachelor's degree preferred Bilingual in Chinese and English Excellent verbal and written communication skills required Ability to work independently and good interpersonal skills Detail oriented and able to work in a fast paced environment #J-18808-Ljbffr ECMS Express
