A member of our recruitment team will provide more details.Reporting to the Vice President of Vendor and Strategic Transformation Management, the Project Manager will support the delivery of projects within the Corporate Finance & Strategy Office (CFSO), including Third‑Party Risk Management, Strategic Sourcing, Contracts, Accounts Payable, and Corporate Workspace Solutions.This role will act as a project management generalist within CFSO, supporting multiple initiatives simultaneously and partnering closely with business stakeholders to drive execution. The analyst will perform core project management activities, helping bring structure, coordination, and momentum to projects in a dynamic and evolving environment.Responsibilities:Depending on project assignment, responsibilities may include but are not limited to:Support end‑to‑end execution of CFSO projects, including planning, tracking, and delivery across multiple concurrent initiativesDevelop and maintain project documentation such as project plans, timelines, status reports, action logs, and meeting materialsCoordinate project meetings, working sessions, and stakeholder communicationsTrack and escalate project risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions to leadership as appropriateSupport project intake, sequencing, and prioritization activities within the CFSO portfolioAssist with documenting current‑state and future‑state processes to support operational improvementsEnsure adherence to PMO standards, governance, and documentation requirementsSupport testing, implementation, and go‑live activities related to procurement initiativesQualifications:2–5 years of experience in project coordination, project management, business analysis, operations, or PMO‑related rolesExperience supporting projects in procurement, sourcing, third‑party risk, contracts, accounts payable, or shared services environments preferredDemonstrated ability to manage and organize work across multiple projects simultaneouslySkills & Capabilities:Strong organizational and time‑management skills with attention to detailAbility to manage task lists, timelines, and follow‑ups across multiple workstreamsClear written and verbal communication skillsComfortable operating in ambiguity and helping bring structure to evolving workStrong critical‑thinking and problem‑solving abilitiesCollaborative, team‑oriented mindsetProficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)Familiarity with project tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, ALM) is a plusExposure to procurement systems (e.g., SAP Ariba, Fieldglass) is a plusWhat’s in it for you?Opportunity to build hands‑on project management experience within a procurement PMOExposure to a wide range of procurement and operational initiativesAbility to develop core PM skills while supporting a newly evolving organizationCollaborative environment focused on execution, organization, and deliveryProfessional growth and development opportunities within MUFGEducation:Bachelor’s degree or similar experience requiredThe typical base pay range for this role is between $76K - $98K depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonuses and/or incentive compensation.
