Our client, a leading organization in the healthcare and regulatory compliance sector, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Operations Analyst I to join their team. As an Operations Analyst I, you will be part of the Business Compliance team supporting project operations and quality assurance initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully within the organization. Role: Operations Analyst I/Compliance Operations Analyst Location: Raleigh, NC. 27607- Onsite role Duration: 12 months contract with possible extension/ conversion Pay Rate: $25 - $27.50/hr on W2 What's the Job? Support business compliance remediation efforts by reviewing documentation and ensuring adherence to internal standards and regulatory expectations. Conduct standard reviews of compliance documentation, project records, and supporting materials to confirm completeness and accuracy. Partner with Quality Assurance & Regulatory Affairs (QARA) to prepare for internal and external audits, ensuring all records are organized and audit-ready. Maintain and organize compliance-related records, checklists, and process documents to support ongoing operational excellence. Identify documentation gaps, process risks, and control deficiencies, then coordinate follow-up actions with relevant business owners to ensure timely resolution. What's Needed? Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Quality, Compliance, Operations, Healthcare Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Proficiency with MS Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams. Experience supporting business compliance, quality review, project operations, or audit readiness in regulated environments. Strong attention to detail with the ability to review records for completeness, consistency, and accuracy. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams effectively. What's in it for me?
