Supervisor Rev Cycle - Clinic: Revenue Cycle Operations

Primary Duties and Responsibilities This individual will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the revenue cycle. Has direct responsibility for overseeing workflows and processes as well as continuously looking for improvements in the revenue cycle. This position will require the ability to manage difficult and complex issues along with providing action plans to resolve obstacles that may be impactful to the revenue cycle. In addition, this position is responsible for overseeing the recruitment, hiring, training and development and retention of staff. Job Description Supports the Principal, Revenue Cycle Operations and responds positively to special projects and responsibilities, including performance objectives. Responsible to make sure that the monthly month end process is finalized. Oversees staff and ensures that work strategies are set for each area of the revenue cycle. Responsible for training, onboarding, and mentoring of staff. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications Education and Experience Associate’s Degree, preferably in Healthcare Administration or 3-5+ years of relevant experience in provider-based billing in healthcare Experience supervising a revenue cycle team Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Health Administration with 5+ years supervisory experience with emphasis physician revenue cycle Hoag is an Equal Opportunity Employer and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any kind.
