Expected Annual Earnings: $50,000 – $122,000 (This role is paid under a piece-rate compensation model. Actual earnings vary based on factors including experience, productivity, installation complexity, seasonality, and the volume of completed work. High performers have significant earning potential.)

What You’ll Do:

• Install residential HVAC systems (condensers, coils, furnaces, air handlers, mini-splits, thermostats, ductwork)
• Act as lead of installation crews, depending on experience level
• Ensure installs are completed safely, on time, and to spec
• Perform ductwork installation, sealing, and airflow optimization
• Handle refrigerants, wiring, zoning systems, and smart technology
• Maintain van organization, tools, and jobsite cleanliness
• Train and mentor Installer Helpers (Lead-level roles)

What You Need:

• 5+ years of residential HVAC installation experience (Lead preferred)
• EPA Certification (NATE preferred)
• Proven leadership ability (for Lead roles)
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and install specifications
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in physically demanding conditions
