[Responsibilities]

- Develop engineering design packages for instrumentation and control systems in industrial plant environments
- Define project scope with clients, coordinate requirements, and deliver engineering documentation
- Liaise with vendors and construction teams to gather technical information and ensure design accuracy
- Prepare comprehensive engineering documents including Instrument Datasheets, IO Lists, Wiring Diagrams, and Control System Architecture Drawings
- Lead electrical startup and support commissioning of process and packaging equipment
- Participate in design reviews, obtain approvals, and provide ongoing support during construction and plant startup
- Ensure all designs comply with NEC, UL508A, and relevant FMCG industry standards
- Collaborate with offshore teams to deliver timely and accurate engineering deliverables

[Required Skills and Experience]

- Degree in Electrical, Instrumentation, or related Engineering discipline
- Experience in instrumentation and control design for industrial facilities
- Proficiency in preparing wiring diagrams, loop drawings, hook-up drawings, and control system architectures
- Familiarity with PLC, SCADA systems, and LV Electrical Distribution Design
- Skilled in panel engineering and field instrumentation installation
- Strong communication, project management, and vendor management abilities
- Knowledge of NEC, NFPA70E, UL508A, and FMCG plant standards
- Ability to interpret 3D models and prepare related engineering documentation

[Preferred Skills]

- Previous experience in system commissioning or validation
- Training or qualification in NFPA70E
- Experience with panel design for UL508A compliance
