Radiology Physician

Diagnostic Radiology locums coverage in Missouri with a predominantly DR workload and a small IR component. No call, inpatient hospital coverage.

Highlights

• No call required
• Mostly DR reads with light IR mixed in
• Multiple schedule options, including 2 weeks per month or 10 shifts per month
• Planned for approximately 6 months of coverage

Practice Setting

• Inpatient hospital setting
• Coverage for one hospital, possibly two
• Case mix is approximately 80 to 90% diagnostic radiology with 10 to 12% interventional radiology
• Charting systems include Cerner, McKesson, and Fuji

Schedule

• Monday through Friday coverage
• 8 hour shifts
• Scheduling can be structured as 2 weeks per month or 10 shifts per month arranged across the month
• No call

Cases and Procedures

• Diagnostic radiology reads make up the majority of the work
• Light interventional radiology cases are included
• Procedures may be required, this role is not remote

Requirements

• Must be an MD or DO
• Board Certified in Diagnostic Radiology, or Interventional Radiology and Diagnostic Radiology
• Missouri license required, will wait for license with active IMLC LOQ only
• BLS and ACLS
