Compensation & Work Schedule Salary: $21.5 – $25 per hour Shift: Second (3:30 PM – 12 AM) Education: High School Responsibilities Machine Operation & Setup: Set up and run specialized manufacturing machinery (such as CNC laser cutters, turret presses, or automated bending cells) to fabricate precise server rack rails and panels. Inventory Control & RF Scanning: Receive incoming freight, log material movements, and update the Warehouse Management System (WMS) using RF scanners to maintain strict inventory accuracy. Production Line Kitting & Staging: Pre‑pick and stage raw materials, hardware (cage nuts, casters, screws), and electronic accessories (PDUs, fan trays) to keep the assembly lines continuously stocked. Order Picking & Packing: Accurately select items from warehouse shelves using pick lists or RF scanners, pack them securely to prevent damage, and prepare them for shipment.
