The company was founded by Pasquale Rotella and has been based in Los Angeles since it was formed in 1993./ph3The Role/h3pThe Box Office Attendant will be responsible for providing a high level of customer service related to ticketing at the box office or ticket resolution areas./ph3Responsibilities/h3ulliActively participate in a training session for the Front Gate box office system in order to effectively help patrons who need assistance regarding their ticket order./liliQuickly and efficiently identify a customers will call order by verifying all pertinent customer information including the customers name, email and credit card in order to distribute tickets to patrons properly./liliResolve any scanning issues that may occur with a patrons ticket at the gate in a timely and courteous manner./liliAccurately administer cash and credit card transactions with Front Gate POS system./liliContact supervisor for unanswered questions/liliMaintain a professional, upbeat attitude and smile at all times in a fast paced environment/liliKeep area clean and organized/liliUnderstand surroundings and all published festival information and be prepared to provide effective, correct information about the event/liliTake extraordinary initiative when answering attendees questions/liliTreat all attendees with equal respect and sincerity/liliUnderstand evacuation procedures and safe refuge locations prior to the opening of each show/liliReport to Box Office Management/li/ulh3Qualifications/h3ulliSales and customer service-related work experience is preferred/liliMust feel comfortable with using a computer/liliInteract professionally with all levels of individuals in a courteous manner/liliMust be able to professionally interact with all levels of individuals in a courteous manner, and to de-escalate situations before they become unpleasant./liliAs a condition of employment, employee must successfully complete a background investigation and a post-offer/pre-employment drug/alcohol test./liliEmployee must maintain and carry a valid drivers license at all times/li/ulh3Work Environment/h3ulliMust be able to tolerate loud noise levels busy environments/liliMay work in drastic temperature climates/liliMust be willing to frequently travel to work events during holidays, evening and weekend hours, as required, to meet deadlines/li/ulpApplicants for employment in the U.S. must possess work authorization, which does not require sponsorship by Insomniac for a visa./ph3Equal Employment Opportunity/h3pWe aspire to build teams that reflect and support the fans and artists we serve.
