Director, Pricing Implementation & Performance Analytics

Cytokinetics seeks a Director of Pricing Implementation & Performance Analytics to lead strategic initiatives in pharmaceutical pricing governance, contracting, and market access analytics. This role requires deep expertise in managed care pricing and cross-functional collaboration within a specialty cardiovascular biopharmaceutical company.

Responsibilities

• Support U.S. pricing governance and facilitate cross-functional decision-making on B2B contracting
• Develop contracting deal models and business cases to inform pricing governance bodies
• Provide financial analyses and reports on supply chain, government, and managed care contracts
• Monitor market access performance indicators and translate data into strategic recommendations
• Design and maintain contracting performance dashboards utilizing internal and external data sources

Requirements

• 8-10+ years progressive pharmaceutical experience in managed care pricing, contracting, or market access analytics
• Strong understanding of payer markets, customer business models, and pharmaceutical contract structures
• Advanced analytical and financial modeling skills with demonstrated ability to manage complex negotiations
• Knowledge of legal, compliance, and governance requirements in pharmaceutical pricing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word for data analysis and reporting
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
• Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and communicate complex concepts clearly

Compensation: $232,830-$271,635 per year
