Project Manager

Manage construction projects from start to finish. Negotiate contracts with subcontractors and vendors. Work closely with estimating team to update budget. Keep detailed log of construction documentation including (RFI's, Submittals, Change Orders). Updating required AIA documentation. Tracking project milestones and reporting and issues to senior leadership. Working closely with Site Superintendent to ensure project is running on time. Develop comprehensive construction schedule. Monitor costs, including labor time and material. Manage schedules, including preparation of detailed short-term schedules and ensuring all activities take place on or ahead of scheduled dates.

The successful applicant will have a 4 year Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or similar degree. They will have 8 + years of Commercial Construction Experience as Project Manager. Healthcare Construction Experience is required. AHCA Inspection experience is preferred. Experience with ProCore or similar software is required. OSHA-30 Certification is preferred. They will have strong ability to read drawings and specifications.
