Position Summary

As a Sales Associate, you are the face of Gabriela Ceballos in-store, having energy and enjoying building relationships. You’ll deliver an exceptional customer experience while contributing to a positive, trustworthy, and unified team culture.

This role goes beyond sales — it’s about representing our brand values, maintaining professionalism, and working collaboratively with leadership to achieve shared goals. You’ll also assist at our Charm Bar, helping clients personalize their jewelry with creativity and care, and occasionally support off-site events and pop-ups that bring our brand to new audiences.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome every guest with warmth, energy, and expert product knowledge.
• Provide personalized styling and help clients design custom charm jewelry.
• Meet or exceed individual and store sales goals through exceptional service and product knowledge.
• Actively contribute to a supportive, respectful team environment that upholds company values and follows clear communication channels.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding company operations, strategy, and performance.
• Communicate through established store channels to ensure clarity and alignment with management.
• Perform store opening and closing duties according to company standards, ensuring accuracy, organization, and compliance with all procedures.
• Maintain all areas clean, organized, and visually appealing, including sales floor, stockroom, and back-of-house spaces.
• Process transactions accurately through our POS system.
• Keep displays and stock organized, ensuring the store always looks its best.
• Take initiative in learning about products, trends, and brand storytelling to elevate the customer experience.
• Assist with store operations, events, and promotions with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Support event logistics: assist with packing, unpacking, transporting, assembling, and disassembling displays or booths for pop-ups and special events.
• Participate in off-site events when required, representing the brand with professionalism and energy.
• Support the marketing team by recording social media content (short clips, behind-the-scenes, or product highlights). No editing or scripting required — just assist with filming authentic, in-the-moment visuals that reflect our brand aesthetic.
• Fulfill additional responsibilities or tasks assigned by management as needed, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to contribute wherever the team or business requires.

• Flexibility for weekends, holidays, and special events.
• Ability to multitask in a dynamic retail environment.
• Physical ability to lift moderate weights when assisting with event setups, merchandising, or product transport.

Preferred Qualifications

• Retail, jewelry, or fashion experience.
• Bilingual (English and Spanish).
• Experience with Shopify or other POS systems.
• Interest in styling, design, visual merchandising, or event coordination.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive hourly pay commensurate with experience.

Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
