They look after the cleanliness of the store from the parking lot to restrooms to the receiving area, and maintain a clean and safe environment. Responsibilities Provide cleaning and sweeping of all store areas. Empty trash, sweep, mop, and sanitize as required. Ensure a safe and sanitary environment for customers and coworkers. Maintain supplies and notify managers of inventory needs. Support opening and closing tasks as instructed. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on feet for 8‑hour shifts. Previous janitorial or custodial experience preferred. Good customer service and communication skills.
