What We're Looking For:

We're seeking upbeat individuals with great vibes who are eager to learn and grow with us in a retail associate role.

What You'll Do:

• Show up on time and be ready to provide outstanding customer service
• Sell, upsell, and promote our products with enthusiasm
• Become an expert on our products and share your passion with customers
• Build relationships with regulars and help grow our vaping family!
• Follow company policies and procedures and work collaboratively with your team
• Maintain a tidy store, process transactions accurately, and assist customers with their shopping needs
• Stay informed about industry trends and new products
• Manage inventory and ensure shelves are stocked and organized

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Knowledge of vape products is a plus but not required (We'll teach you everything if you're willing to learn. Plus, there's paid sales and customer service training!)
• Previous retail sales or customer service experience preferred
• Reliable transportation and strong communication skills are essential
• Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment

Pay: $15 / hour (plus tips!)

Job Type: Full-Time only, 38+ hours per week

Locations: Farmington, Park Hills, Desloge, Bonne Terre, and Potosi, MO

Store hours and schedule: (You will be scheduled in shifts between these hours if you work any of the following stores)

• Potosi, Bonne Terre, Park Hills, and Farmington: weekdays 11am-7pm, Saturdays 10am-8pm, Sundays 12pm-4pm
• Desloge: weekdays 8am-10pm, Saturdays 10am-8pm, Sundays 12pm-4pm
