Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Operating Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 10 hours (06:30 - 17:00) Experience: Minimum of 2 years as an OR Circulating RN License: Must possess a valid RN license Certifications: BLS required; ACLS preferred Must-Have: Travel experience required Description: Candidate will work a 4x10 schedule, Monday through Friday, with a rotating day off. Position requires flexibility to work in any surgical service line, except cardiovascular, neurosurgery, and orthopedic surgery. Start date is as soon as possible. Shift hours are from 06:30 to 17:00. No weekend coverage required, but minimal weekend on-call may be needed, typically 2-3 times per month. The facility requires two references, which can be pending at the time of submission. A compact or state license must be in hand at the time of submission. Candidate must have prior experience with the Cerner charting system. Special procedures and patient diagnoses vary by unit. Module completion will occur during orientation and varies between specialties.
