Assistant Manager In Training

We are seeking an entry-level Assistant Manager in Training to join our team! You will be responsible for sustaining an organization providing exterior express car wash services to customers in a clean, safe, friendly, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Manager in daily operations as needed.
• Operate equipment to include pay stations and POS.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Assist in the training and development of employees.
• Foster a positive work environment.
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services.
• Perform preventive maintenance.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields.
• A minimum of 2 years prior staff supervision experience.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced quickly changing environment.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Positive and professional demeanor.
• Be detail-orientated.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Enjoy working outside.
• Ability to work in physically demanding conditions.
• Possess or be willing to learn mechanical skills for equipment support.
• Be able to work at least 40 hours a week including weekends and evenings with a varying schedule.
