Requirements:
- 3+ years ED/ER RN experience
- Active AZ RN license
- BLS, ACLS, PALS & NRP
- Flu vaccine required - no exceptions
Additional:
- 10-bed ER
- 25-bed Critical Access Hospital
- Level IV Trauma Center
- 1 position available
- Must live 100+ miles from the facility
- RTO: Maximum 3 days per 13-week contract
- Facility may cancel up to 3 shifts; guaranteed hours do not apply to canceled shifts
