Represent Mountain Island Charter School in a well‑respected manner. Upgrade knowledge and skills through coaching clinics, observations, consultation, etc. Qualifications Must possess administrative and organizational skills in addition to a thorough knowledge of Mountain Island Charter Schools athletic policy, NCHSAA, and PCAC policies. Ability to communicate effectively with students, staff, parents, and the community. As applicable, must meet requirements established by the North Carolina High School Athletic Association, North Carolina Department of Public Instruction, the Mountain Island Charter School, and school administration. Previous successful coaching experience in the assigned sport.
