About Us Established in 1976, Sun Life Health has been an integral part of providing health, wellness education and resources to the community, as well as playing an active role in improving the overall economic development of Pinal County in Arizona. As a non‑profit Community Health Center, Sun Life Health serves over 50,000 patients per year, at 9 locations in Pinal and Maricopa counties and we're continuing to grow! We currently have flexible opportunities in Casa Grande and Chandler for OB/GYN Physicians. Mission Statement: Helping all people achieve their healthiest lives. What will your week look like: 3-4 days of clinic - good mix of OB and GYN with options to tailor to your preferences 0.5-1 day of surgery - with partner support for all majors as desired, first assists available as well 1-2 days of call at level 2 facility (32 weeks and up)- average 6-8 24-hour call per month with CNM support many shifts Weekly post call day (or administrative day if no call) Closing notes within 5 business days Clearing inbox (patient calls, labs, imaging, orders) Fully ramped Physicians average 22 patients per day in clinic Option to supervise Physician Assistants and Certified Nurse Midwives with stipend Optional involvement with Family Medicine Residency Program with stipend Option to engage as Preceptor for Medical, PA, NP students during their clinical training with stipend Who we are looking for: Successful candidates must be actively licensed or able to obtain license as MD / DO, with DEA, in good standing, with no restrictions in the state of Arizona.
