Align ABA is looking for full or part-time BCBAs (flexibility for in-person, hybrid, or remote)! We are a boutique, BCBA-owned and operated in-home ABA practice serving children and families throughout the Chicagoland area. We're looking for an experienced, compassionate BCBA who is excited to grow alongside a small practice where your ideas, expertise, and clinical judgment truly matter. We provide primarily home-, school-, and community-based services and value individualized treatment, strong relationships with families, ethical practice, and high-quality clinical care.
