You will proactively develop patient interactions and refer patients to outside specialists when care falls outside your medical scope. You will produce healthcare and health management programs based on individual patients' historical data, contributing to the clinic's mission of expanding access to quality care in rural California.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide primary care to patients of all agesDevelop patient-specific health programs using historical dataMonitor, adapt, and administer individualized healthcare programsUse patient health data for medical analysis and offer comprehensive wellness examsAdminister vaccinations as appropriatePerform medical procedures when necessaryEducate patients and families about health management and disease preventionRefer patients to specialists for specific treatment or procedures as neededCollaborate with the interdisciplinary clinical team including the Medical Director and mid-level providersMaintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with applicable regulatory standardsRequirementsMinimum 1 year of experience as a Family Medicine practitioner — requiredCompleted Family Medicine internship and residency — requiredBoard Certified by the American Board of Family Medicine — requiredActive California medical license in good standing — requiredActive participation in continued medical education (CME) — highly preferredMembership in a professional medical organization — highly preferredAbility and willingness to work in Newman, CAWhy Apply Through Us?This role is being placed exclusively through Welltech Partners.
