Job Details Position: Travel Registered Nurse (RN) - Home Health / Hospice Location: Charleston, WV 25311 Coverage Area: Kanawha County Duration: 9 weeks Start Date: 08/28/2026 Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Shift Length: 8 hours Hours Per Week: 40 Shifts Per Week: 5 On Call / Weekend Requirement: Every third weekend and one additional day per week Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,120 - $2,230 Mileage: Reimbursed between visits from first patient to last patient Education: Associate degree required Certification: Current CPR certification required Job Requirements Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience required Home health nursing experience preferred Current CPR certification Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills Ability to work independently and manage patient visits efficiently Reliable transportation for travel between patient visits Responsibilities Complete OASIS visits and provide skilled nursing care in the home setting Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans Document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team to support positive patient outcomes Educate patients and families on care plans, medications, and symptom management Maintain productivity expectations while delivering high-quality patient care Work scheduled weekends and additional on-call coverage as assigned Why Apply for This Travel RN Job?
