Here's What You Need Nursing Diploma required or Associate's degree in Nursing required or Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse required Med Surg, Telemetry, skilled nursing facility, rehab, or other inpatient experience is strongly preferred RN - Registered Nurse Upon Hire is required And BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly is required And ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support 90 Days is required And PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support 90 Days is required What You Will Do Basic Human Needs - Responds to others' priorities regarding safety, physical, psychological and social needs. As Southlake's first hospital, our multi-specialty surgical facility features 18 surgical specialties with 17 inpatient suites, six observation suites, six operating rooms, and a 24/7 emergency department serving northeast Tarrant County. We provide care in bariatrics, cardiology, colorectal surgery, ENT, general surgery, internal and family medicine, spine surgery, orthopedics, imaging services, and emergency care. Our spine surgery program performs more than 300 procedures annually, supported by pain management and physical therapy services at three locations.
