Responsibilities:What You’ll Do
- Build relationships with individuals, families, and business owners
- Help clients create strategies for protection, retirement, and financial goals
- Develop your own client base through networking and referrals
- Participate in leadership development and management training
- Learn how to recruit, mentor, and develop future professionals
- Work toward advancement into a leadership/partner role
