We want to help you achieve growth by giving you access to a network of smart and supportive people, willing to listen to your ideas. **Job Responsibilities*** Monitor COE job status and inform the audit team and client about upcoming engagement steps in a timely manner.* Coordinate with the client to ensure the timely receipt of audit schedules and test procedures support.* Update COE Supervisor of job status, engagement issues, or staff issues in a timely and consistent manner.* Assist in COE department training programs and meetings.* Participate in activities to develop and improve firm and department business processes.* Identify additional COE services that will benefit the client and engagement team.* Assist the COE Senior Manager and Supervisor with review of staff work, delegation of tasks, and assisting with performance evaluations.* Exhibit strong analytical skills to evaluate financial data and relationships.* Research and analyze relevant client, industry, and technical matters.* Prepare clear and accurate workpapers.* Understand and comply with the Firm’s quality control policy.**Requirements*** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, or equivalent client service or administrative services experience.* Minimum 2 years Audit / Client Experience Coordinating experience.*"Armanino" is the brand name under which Armanino LLP and Armanino Advisory LLC, independently owned entities, provide professional services in an alternative practice structure in accordance with law, regulations, and professional standards.
