Our therapy approach is centered around the principles of ABA, which helps individuals develop communication, social, and daily living skills, while also reducing challenging behaviors. Position Summary As an RBT on our team, you will work one-on-one with clients in their homes, communities, or schools to implement individualized treatment plans and help them achieve meaningful goals. Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will collect data, provide feedback, and support clients in achieving their objectives.
