Schedule & Pay Schedule: Monday‑Friday | 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM Compensation: SACIT: $22.75/hour SAC: $26.00/hour CSAC: $28.00/hour This is a full‑time, benefits‑eligible position. What You’ll Do Under the direction of program and clinical leadership, you will: Provide substance use counseling and/or case management services in residential and outpatient settings. Complete assessments, screenings, diagnostics, and referrals (ASAM, SUDDS, DSM‑ICD10 as applicable). Facilitate individual and group counseling sessions. Deliver case management and coordinate community, social, and mental health services. Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with DHS, federal, and agency standards. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners. Serve as a positive role model for clients and families. Participate in clinical supervision, staff meetings, and ongoing training. What We’re Looking For Required: Associate’s degree in a human services or correctional field (Bachelor’s preferred). Valid SACIT, SAC, or CSAC (or qualifying experience/education for case management). Knowledge of addictions, recovery principles, and AODA regulations. Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Preferred: 1+ year experience working with a correctional population.
