This General Contractor specializes in: Design-Build, Construction Management and Pre-construction Services including: hotels, shopping centers, office space, medical offices, banks, industrial/warehouse facilities, restaurants, historic buildings, and general storage. About The Position: ( Commercial Ground-Up Division Senior PM/PX ) Position Summary: The SPM / PX will Identify Potential Clients/Projects, successfully Estimate & manage those new projects. The SPM/PX will Plan, direct, and coordinate all activities for their designated projects to ensure that all goals / objectives of each project are accomplished within prescribed time frame and budget parameters. Skills and Abilities Commercial Construction Experience in Ground-Up / New (Projects $5M - $20M or larger ) Analytical | Budgeting & Exceptional Estimating skills Scheduling Expertise for Multiple Projects Negotiating | Contracts experience on Upcoming Projects Ability to work well with a small team in an office (this is NOT remote/hybrid) Impeccable organizational skills Relationship building experience with owners around the area Benefits / Compensation: Salary Range $125k - $145,000 / year (( D.O.E. )) Annual Performance/Project Bonus.
