Reporting to senior nursing leadership, the RN Med/Surg Director will receive executive and operational support while overseeing staffing, budgets, quality outcomes, patient experience, regulatory readiness, performance improvement, and daily clinical operations. The RN Med/Surg Director will coach friendly nurses, strengthen retention and engagement, develop emerging leaders, and collaborate with a diverse healthcare professional team that may include physicians, advanced practice providers, pharmacy, case management, rehabilitation, social work, education, quality, and ancillary services.
