About The Role We're looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Intern to support the day-to-day bookkeeping and financial administration of our executive office. This is a hands‑on opportunity to build real, practical accounting experience inside a professional investment‑firm environment; the kind of experience that's hard to get in a classroom. You'll work directly alongside experienced professionals, take ownership of recurring accounting tasks, and see how financial operations run day to day. What You’ll Do Reconcile bank, credit card, and other financial accounts in QuickBooks Record and categorize expenses accurately and on time Track incoming bills and make sure payments are processed on schedule Maintain organized, up-to-date financial records Assist with routine bookkeeping and administrative financial tasks as needed What We’re Looking For Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting Familiarity with QuickBooks; or a strong willingness to learn it quickly Strong attention to detail and comfort working with numbers Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive financial information Reliable, organized, and able to keep a consistent weekly schedule Schedule & Logistics Part‑time: 5–8 hours per week In‑office at our South Bend location Structured, recurring weekly schedule, set in coordination with your availability Why Join Us This is a great opportunity to grow and learn in a professional setting.
