AI Product Manager

Overview We are seeking an experienced Sr AI Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and delivery of contact center and servicing technology solutions . This role will focus on enhancing both member and agent experiences across voice and digital channels while driving efficiency, automation, and innovation. Key Responsibilities Lead product strategy, roadmap, and execution for call center technologies Drive improvements across customer/member and agent servicing experiences Partner cross-functionally with Operations, UX, Engineering, Risk, and Compliance teams Translate business needs into technical requirements and scalable solutions Manage and optimize KPIs such as: First-call resolution Average handle time Leverage data, analytics, and customer insights to drive continuous improvement Implement AI, automation, and intelligent routing solutions Ensure alignment with enterprise priorities, compliance, and operational goals Required Skills & Experience 6+ years of experience in: Strategy, planning, and execution User experience and process optimization Strong experience in Agile and Lean product development environments Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership Familiarity with human-centered design principles and digital servicing environments Required Tools / Technologies AI & Automation tools Analytics tools and reporting capabilities Preferred Background Experience working with call center technologies, telephony, IVR, and routing systems Exposure to AI-assisted servicing, automation, and conversational interfaces Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and experience optimization Job ID: JOB-246956 Equipment: Provided by supplier Why Join?
