Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Experience in outpatient settings preferred
• Open to new graduates

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: Outpatient
• Shift: Days
• Potential options include 3x12 hour days, 4x10 hour days, or 5x8 hour days
• Typical patient volume: 16–17 patients/day for 12-hour shifts, 10–11 patients/day for 8-hour shifts
• 1:1 treatment model with PT tech support
